Vegetable flan

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lay the pastry in a baking pan and cover with the Saclà Cherry Tomato & Parmesan, top with vegetables, previously sautéed in extra virgin olive oil for few minutes. Season with salt and pepper and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Delicious hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Saclà Cherry Tomato & Parmesan
  • 1 puff pastry roll
  • A mix of fresh vegetables such as red onions, baby zucchinis, red & yellow capsicums thinly cut
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper
