1. Preheat the oven according to the pizza base maker’s instructions.
2. Cover the top of the pizza base with the Saclà Olive & Tomato pasta sauce, the olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for half of time .
3. Remove the pizza base from the oven and top it with the sliced fresh tomatoes, the onion and the capers.
4. Return pizza to the oven and finish the cooking. Just before serving scatter over the basil leaves and gently drizzle with olive oil.
