Sun dried Tomato Canapè

Preparation

Delicately grill the bread for few minutes and spread with the cheese previously mixed with the fresh parsley. Keep a side a little parsley. Top with sun dried tomatoes and sprinkle with the remaining parsley.

  • A French loaf cut in 6 thin slices
  • 150g cream cheese
  • 1 spoon of freshly chopped parsley
  • 6 halves of Saclà Sun dried tomatoes, drained
  • Capers (optional)
