Grilled cheese & sun dried Tomatoes

Take 2 small cheeses suitable for grilling and grill for few minutes until golden. Display on a plate and accompany with Saclà Sun dried tomatoes previously drained and finely cut. Season with black pepper. This is perfect as antipasto platter served with a glass of Piedmontese wine such as Barbera d’Asti or Dolcetto d’Alba. Serve with fresh salad and ciabatta bread for a main dish.
