Green Pesto Pizza


First preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6. Place a baking sheet in the oven.
Spread the pizza bases with Pesto and top with cherry tomatoes, green pepper, and lastly the mozzarella pieces.
Next arrange the basil and ham over the pizza, and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Then place the pizza onto the hot baking sheet and cook in the oven for 10 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
Finally to serve, cut it into generous and tantalising slices.


  • 2 x 24 cm ready-made pizza bases
  • 6 tbsp Saclà Classic Pesto / Saclà Pesto alla Genovese
  • 125g/4,40oz cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 200g/7,05oz thinly sliced ham
  • 200g/7,05 buffalo mozzarella, broken into pieces
  • handful of fresh basil, chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
