Valentine's Italian Antipasto

Preparation

Drain the excess oil from all the antipasto vegetables. Toss the artichokes in the parsley.
Cut the focaccia into a heart-shape about 20cm length and place on a serving dish. Spread with pesto and arrange the antipasto vegetables in colourful rows on top of the focaccia. Garnish with the sprig of basil and serve with passion!

  • 1 jar Saclà Char-Grilled Peppers
  • 1 jar Saclà Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • 200g focaccia
  • 4 rounded tsp Saclà Classic Pesto
  • 1 sprig fresh basil
  • A few leaves roughly chopped flat-leaf parsley
