Antipasti Platter –(Puglia)

Preparation

Drain the onions, sun-dried tomatoes and beans and cut the sun-dried tomatoes into halves. Skewer the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella on cocktail sticks with basil leaves. Slice the ciabatta bread. Arrange all the ingredients, including the Parma ham and Italian salami, on a large platter, with a couple of piles of olives too.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Saclà Sun-dried Tomato Antipasto, drained and cut into halves
  • 1 jar Saclà Mixed Beans with Mushroom Antipasto, drained
  • Sliced Parma ham and Italian salami
  • Cherry tomatoes on the vine
  • 100 g baby mozzarella
  • A handful of basil leaves
  • 1 loaf ciabatta bread
  • Marinated green and black olives
