Tuna and lentils in an olive and tomato sauce

Preparation

Cook the lentils following the package instructions, add to the boiling water 2 leaves of sage and a shallot. When ready, mix the lentils with the Saclà Cherry Tomato & Olive Sauce. Meanwhile, fry the tuna slices in a pan for 2-3 minutes per side and then add to the lentils. Serve warm or cold depending on season.

  • 250g fresh tuna (2 thick slices, 125g each)
  • 300g lentils
  • 1 shallot
  • Few leaves of sage
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Rosemary
