Boil a medium-sized pan of salted water for the penne and cook the pasta following package instructions. Meanwhile pop the potatoes in a small pan, cover with cold water, add a sprinkle of salt, bring to the boil and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until tender. Drain and slice them each 4 ways. Put in a bowl and season. When ready, drain the pasta, add to the potatoes, spoon over the Saclà Classic Pesto and lightly toss everything together. Share between 2 warm pasta bowls, scatter over the fresh parmesan and the rocket leaves and serve.
