Capsicum is a real Nature’s gift. Capsicum, or Pepper as it is known in Italy represents an intense gastronomic experience.
 

Saclà’s Rocket Pesto is such an ideal addition to your Festive and Summer cooking, you can’t go wrong keeping a jar or two in the pantry. Made from wild herbs, fresh Italian basil, pine kernels, Pecorino cheese and extra virgin olive oil.
2004 marks the first year of the Saclà involvement with the Slow Food Foundation.

Huge quantities of tomatoes come from the Mediterranean regions, yet only a small proportion of the crops are used for sun dried tomatoes. By far the majority are canned or made into sauces.
